Its micronized formula ensures deep penetration and strong adhesion, providing excellent bonding and strengthening porous surfaces such as plaster, concrete, drywall, cement boards, putty, and water-based paints. It is water-repellent, breathable, and highly resistant to alkalis.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS<\/span><br \/>\n\u2022 Type: Eco-friendly, water-based, silicone-acrylic nano-technology micronized primer<br \/>\n\u2022 Application Method: Roller, brush, or airless spray<br \/>\n\u2022 Thinning: Exterior surfaces: dilute with clean water up to 50%. Interior surfaces: dilute up to 100%. Stir well before use.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coverage: Approximately 13\u201315 m\u00b2 per liter per coat, depending on surface absorbency and dilution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour; recoatable after 2 hours. Use wet sanding whenever possible. Work in a well-ventilated area.<br \/>\n\u2022Use appropriate respiratory protection.<br \/>\n\u2022 Highly alkaline new surfaces (concrete or plaster) should be primed after about one month.<br \/>\n\u2022 For puttying or spatula work, use Vivechrom Putty\/Spatula Products.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<\/span><br \/>\n\u2022 Dilute with clean water: up to 50% for exterior surfaces (13\u201315 m\u00b2\/L) and up to 100% for interior surfaces (16\u201320 m\u00b2\/L).
